We Are The Change: Black Voices Transforming Communities

We Are The Change. Not Later. Now.

“We Are The Change” is more than a podcast — it’s a movement.

Each episode dives into the real issues affecting Black communities while highlighting the people doing the work to solve them. From grassroots organizers and educators to entrepreneurs and social workers, we bring you powerful conversations rooted in truth, resilience, and action.

This is where awareness meets strategy — and where listeners leave with not just inspiration, but direction.

Meet the Host: Lena Simmons
