1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:

• Complete all scheduled payments in full
• Authorize Black Expertise to automatically charge your selected payment method on the agreed-upon dates
• Remain responsible for the full balance, regardless of participation level or usage

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension or removal from programs, services, or platform access
• Denial of future services
• Collection efforts, where applicable

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Black Expertise maintains a strict no refund policy on:

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

In the event of a chargeback:

• You will be considered in breach of this agreement
• Access to all services will be immediately revoked
• Black Expertise reserves the right to provide proof of agreement, delivery, and participation to dispute the chargeback
• You may be liable for additional fees, including administrative and legal costs

5. Subscription & Membership Billing

For recurring services:

• Billing occurs automatically based on your selected plan (monthly, annually, etc.)
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to your next billing cycle

No partial refunds will be issued for:

• Unused time
• Missed sessions
• Lack of participation

6. Cancellations

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time; however:

• Cancellation only applies to future billing cycles
• You will retain access through the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for prior charges

7. Service Delivery

Black Expertise fulfills all services as outlined at the time of purchase. Timelines for deliverables (such as features, interviews, or promotional content) may vary based on scheduling, editorial calendars, and production timelines.

Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds.

8. Results Disclaimer

Black Expertise provides platforms, tools, visibility, and education. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Income generation
• Business growth
• Audience reach
• Media exposure outcomes

Your success is dependent on your individual effort, strategy, and execution.
